The Visa SavingsEdge program provides enrolled Visa Business cardholders (which may include Visa Business and Visa Infinite Business credit cards), ways to save on business expenses with two types of offers: 1) Everyday Savings Offers and 2) Instant Savings Offers. Everyday Savings Offers are automatically available after you enroll, requiring no coupons or codes and are applied as statement credits on enrolled Visa Business cardholder’s future account statements. Instant Savings Offers are savings applied to your cart using a promotion code prior to making a qualifying purchase on a participating merchant’s website.

No. Simply register your valid Visa Business card on the "Enroll Now" section of the program website at www.visasavingsedge.ca.

Enroll your eligible Visa Business Card on the "Enroll Now" section of the program website at www.visasavingsedge.ca. You will be required to read and accept the program Terms and Conditions on your own behalf and on behalf of your business to complete your enrollment.

When you enter your Visa Business card number during enrollment, Visa will verify your card's eligibility and send confirmation of enrollment. Eligible cards include Visa Business Credit, Visa Business Debit Cards, and Visa Infinite Business cards that are issued in Canada and are in good standing. Visa Business prepaid cards (including Visa Gift Cards) are not eligible.

Yes. You can enroll up to 10 eligible Visa Business cards under a single login if you are the business owner or if you are authorized by the business owner to enroll multiple cards. Only the cardholder who enrolled the cards will receive email communications about the program and can access the password-protected section of the program website. To allow multiple cardholders to receive emails about the program and have account access on the program website, each card must be enrolled separately under a different email address. The discounts received for each qualifying purchase will appear on the account statement for the Visa Business card used to make the qualifying purchase.

Be sure you completed all required fields. Also, confirm that you correctly entered your email address and password in the entry and confirmation fields. If you cannot complete your enrollment, please contact Visa Customer Care Services at 1-855-300-5523 for assistance.

Depending on your card/Issuer, there may be different Visa SavingsEdge programs. A Visa Business card may only be enrolled in one Visa SavingsEdge program at a time.

Your employer or an employee of your business who is authorized to register your card may have enrolled your card. Keep in mind, a card number may be enrolled in the program only one time. If another employee has the same card number and enrolled the card number, you cannot enroll the same card number in the program. If you would like more information about enrollment, please contact Visa Customer Care at 1-855-300-5523 for assistance.

Your employer or an employee of your business who is authorized to register your card may have enrolled your card. If so, changes to your profile, access to the program website and receipt of program emails are available only to the authorized cardholder who registered your card. To change this, your card must be removed from the program by the cardholder who enrolled your Visa Business card in Visa SavingsEdge. Then, you can re-enroll using your own email address.

Your full card number is required to confirm eligibility to participate in the Visa SavingsEdge program, track your qualifying purchases and enable Visa to issue your statement credits. Visa will not use this information for any purpose other than in relation to your participation in the program and Visa will only use this information in accordance with Visa's privacy policy at www.visa.com/privacy.

It's easy. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Enroll your eligible Visa Business card(s) online at www.visasavingsedge.ca.
2. Accept the program Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and your business.
3. Receive confirmation from Visa that your card(s) is/are enrolled in the Visa SavingsEdge program.

For Everyday Savings:

1. Use your enrolled eligible card at participating merchants with Everyday Savings.

2. The savings amount will be automatically calculated based on the merchant offer terms (please see "Everyday Savings" at www.visasavingsedge.ca. for current Everyday Savings offers).

3. Savings will appear as statement credits posted on the applicable Visa Business Card’s future account statement.

For Instant Savings:

1. Sign in to Visa SavingsEdge and visit the “Instant Savings” tab to view the current list of Instant Savings offers. Please be aware that because these special discounts are offered with limited validity periods, there may be times during which no Instant Savings offers are available.

2. Click the “Get Discount” button located next to a participating merchant listed in the Instant Savings tab. You will be au tomatically redirected to the participating merchant’s website.

3.Make a qualifying purchase at the participating merchant’s website, following the redemption instructions described in the offer details. Please verify that the discount is being applied to your cart prior to completing your purchase. Instant Savings promotion codes are managed by the participating merchant and may be subject to changes or exclusions. There may be additional limits and restrictions associated with a given Instant Savings offer, including limited validity periods and limitations on the number of transactions eligible to receive discounts. Please review each offer for complete terms and conditions.

To search for a specific merchant, item or shopping category, simply enter a keyword in the text-entry field near the top of any page. You can also click on the "Everyday Savings" and the "Instant Savings" tabs on the program website for a full view of all the merchants where you can get discounts through Visa SavingsEdge.

For “Everyday Savings” offers, the discount amount is automatically calculated based on the specific merchant offer terms. For example, if a merchant is offering a 5% discount on all qualifying purchases, then a qualifying purchase of $100 (including sales tax and shipping) will receive a $5 credit on a future statement.

For “Instant Savings” offers, the cardholder must follow the redemption instructions, which may include entering a promotion code during checkout at the Merchant’s website.

Yes. The discount applies to the total purchase price charged to your enrolled Visa Business card, which may include applicable sales taxes and shipping charges. However, there may be limits and restrictions associated with select merchant discounts. Please review each merchant discount for details. Participating merchants and current offer details are available online at www.visasavingsedge.ca

Qualifying purchases include any point of sale purchase (including any Visa payWave purchase), Internet purchase, phone or mail order purchase made with an enrolled Visa Business Card, which is processed or submitted through the VisaNet payment system and that meet the terms of the merchant discount.

Only the qualifying purchases you make after you enroll your Visa Business card (and receive confirmation of your enrollment) can qualify for a discount.

Discounts will be automatically posted as credits to your enrolled Visa Business card account and will appear on a future statement. Look for credits with the following description: "Credit SavingsEdge - [Merchant Name]" or "Credit Visa SavingsEdge US - [Merchant Name]". Your statement credit will be posted on a future statement. Due to processing time, the credit may not be posted during the same period as the statement on which the related qualifying purchase is posted. Generally, you should see the credit posted within 4 to 6 weeks of the qualifying purchase.

A discrepancy may occur if any of your purchases were not qualifying purchases. Visa SavingsEdge discounts apply to qualifying purchases only. Also, it may take more than one statement cycle for some of your credits to be posted. If over 6 weeks have passed since your qualifying purchase was made and you do not see the corresponding credit on your statement, contact Visa Customer Care Services at 1-855-300-5523 to investigate.

Instant Savings are discount offers available to enrolled eligible Visa SavingsEdge cardholders. Instant Savings are applied to your cart directly from the participating merchant’s website.

Instant Savings discounts codes are managed by the participating merchant and may be subject to changes or exclusions. There may be additional limits and restrictions associated with a given Instant Savings offer. Please review each offer for complete terms and conditions.

It’s easy to boost your savings with Instant Savings using these simple steps:

1. Enroll your eligible Visa Business card(s) online at www.visasavingsedge.ca.. For more information about enrollment, see How do I get Visa SavingsEdge discounts?

2. To view the current list of Instant Savings, visit the “Instant Savings” tab. Please be aware that because these special discounts are offered with limited validity periods, there may be times in which no Instant Savings are available.

3. Find the Instant Savings you wish to use, and then click the corresponding “get discount” button to be redirected to the merchant’s website.

4. Make a qualifying purchase from participating merchant’s website, following the redemption instructions described in the offer details. A discount will be applied in your cart. Please verify that the discount is being applied prior to completing your purchase. Offer discount codes are managed by the participating merchant and may be subject to changes or exclusions. There may be additional limits and restrictions associated with a given Instant Savings offer, including limited validity periods and limitations on the number of transactions eligible to receive discounts. Yes. Because Instant Savings are offered on a limited-time basis, you must use an Instant Savings offer and make your qualifying purchase(s) prior to the corresponding offer's expiration date, which can be found within each Instant Savings offer details. Visit the “Instant Savings” tab on www.visasavingsedge.ca for a current list of available discounts and their respective validity dates.

If you wish to save money with Instant Savings discounts, you must click the “Get Discount” button, which will redirect you to the participating merchant website. If you temporarily navigate away from the participating merchant website or make a purchase after reopening your browser, the discount will not be applied. To ensure you receive your discount, please return to the “Instant Savings” tab of the Visa SavingsEdge website and click the “Get Discount” button to be redirected to the merchant website.

Once you are enrolled in the Visa SavingsEdge program in Canada, you will automatically be eligible to take advantage of select US merchant offers (cross-border) when traveling to the United States.

Select merchant offers that can be redeemed while traveling to the US can be found on the program website at www.visasavingsedge.ca under “Traveling to the US” tab. New offers may be added or existing offers may be modified or removed at any time, so please check back often to view current offers..

Discounts are calculated in US dollars. When a US dollar credit is applied to a Canadian dollar Visa Business card, the credit is converted at the foreign currency conversion rate established by Visa in effect on the date the credit is posted to the Cardholder's Account.

Discounts will be automatically posted as credits to your enrolled Visa Business card account and will appear on a future statement. Look for credits with the following description: "Credit Visa SavingsEdge US - [Merchant Name]".

To cancel your participation in the Visa SavingsEdge program, simply sign in to the program website at www.visasavingsedge.ca., visit the My Account page, click "Edit" next to each card you wish to remove from the program, then click “remove card.” If you delete all cards enrolled in the Visa SavingsEdge program, you will no longer receive discounts on qualifying purchases at participating merchants.

It's possible that your Visa Business card number has changed because you reported it lost or stolen. If so, you should enroll your new card number on the program website at www.visasavingsedge.ca.

If your card number has not changed, please contact Visa Customer Care Services at 1-855-300-5523 to investigate. NOTE: If your account is not in good standing, your participation in the program may be discontinued. When your account returns to good standing, you may begin to receive the discounts again after you re-enroll in the program.

Yes, you can re-enroll at any time. Once re-enrolled, you will resume receiving Visa SavingsEdge discounts on qualifying purchases at participating merchants.

If your Visa Business card is lost or stolen, please call your Issuer as soon as possible.

If your Issuer provides you with a replacement Visa Business card with a different account number, you must enroll your replacement card in the Visa SavingsEdge program to continue receiving automatic discounts on qualifying purchases at participating merchants. You must also remove the previous card number that was replaced.

You can reset your password by clicking on "Forgot password" on the Sign In screen of the program website at www.visasavingsedge.ca.. After you enter your email address and successfully answer your security question, a temporary password will be sent to your email address. The next time you log in, you will use the temporary password. Then you can reset your password. If you forget the answer to your security question, please contact Visa Customer Care Services at 1-855-300-5523 for assistance.

Visa may send you periodic email updates to inform you of program changes or updates. You may also receive promotional communications about the Visa SavingsEdge program, participating merchants, offers and program updates if you opt in to receive them. Note that you may unsubscribe from these promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe button in promotional emails.

When you enroll in the Visa SavingsEdge program, you can indicate your preference to receive promotional offers. You can change your preferences at any time by logging in to your account on www.visasavingsedge.ca and by clicking on Preferences.

When you enroll, you will only receive promotional emails about the Visa SavingsEdge program if you opt-in. You can unsubscribe from promotions emails at any time by clicking unsubscribe in the email or changing your preferences by logging in to your account on www.visasavingsedge.ca and clicking on My Account.

The security of your personal information is extremely important to Visa, and we are committed to protecting the information we collect. While we cannot guarantee absolute security of your personal information, Visa uses rigorous security protocols to protect your personal data from loss, misuse, alteration, and unauthorized access.

Visa SavingsEdge emails will always include the program name in the sender's name field. We will NEVER ask you for personal information or to verify anything about your Visa Business card account. Requests like these are often scams, and Visa and Visa card issuers take great care to avoid sending any email that may be confused with these types of scams. If you receive an email purporting to be from Visa or any Visa card issuer that you believe is not legitimate, please forward it to phishing@visa.com.
